The very next day I prepared some special food for my ailing patient, took it with me, I was very happy with it, after that I started working in the hospital ……, every day I know that I serve some patient , And today I am very happy.

It is not important in life how much happiness you have got, it is important that you are able to give happiness to others, because the happiness that we get by giving happiness to others, there is no scale ……, it has no precedent happening, look happy, look happy, look smiling……….

एक महिला बड़ी सी गाडी में बहुत ही महंगे कपड़े पहनकर एक डॉक्टर के पास आती है, अपनी परेशानी बताती है, डॉक्टर साहब…… मुझे जीने का मन नहीं करता है, मुझे बताइए कि मैं ऐसा क्या करू की जीवन में खुश हो पाऊ, डॉक्टर ने देखा उसके कपड़ो को, देखा उनके रहन सहन को,  डॉक्टर साहब को लगा उनको देखते हुए…. इसके जीवन में क्या कमी है, डॉक्टर ने कहा आपको क्या परेशानी है, वह बोलती है मेरे पास सब कुछ है मगर खुश होने की कोई वजह नहीं है, ऐसा कुछ नहीं है जिसके लिए मैं खुश हो सकू, इसलिए ऐसे जिंदगी का कोई अर्थ नहीं नजर आता है, डॉक्टर ने कहा…… वह सामने उस महिला को आप देख रहे है, जो हॉस्पिटल की साफ़ सफाई कर रही है, झाड़ू लगा रही है हॉस्पिटल में, मैं उसे बुलाता हु, उसकी बात आप ध्यान से सुनिएगा ।

डॉक्टर ने उस सफाई करने वाली महिला को बुलाया, और वह महिला अपने बारे में जो बताया, वह हम सब को सुनना और समझना चाहिए, उसने बताया की मेरे पति की मलेरिया से मृत्यु हो गयी थी, और उसके तीन महीने बाद ही मेरा एकलौता बेटा सड़क दुर्घटना में मारा गया, उसके बाद मुझे आपने जिंदगी में जीने का कोई मकसद नहीं नजर आता था, मुझे लगता था की बस अब मुझे भी किसी प्रकार से जिंदगी खत्म कर देनी चाहिए, पता नहीं कब से मैं मुस्कुराई नहीं थी, बहुत दिनों से ठीक से कुछ खायी भी नहीं था, बस काटने के लिए जिंदगी कट रही थी, और मैं तरीके ढूंढ रही थी कि किस तरह से आपने जिंदगी को खत्म करू………, कैसे आपने आप को खत्म करू ।

ऐसे में एक रात जब मैं अपने घर लौट रही थी, तब मेरे पीछे एक छोटा सा बिल्ली का बच्चा पड़ गया, अँधेरी सी रात थी, बहुत ठण्ड थी, हलकी हलकी बारिस भी हो रही थी, वह मेरे पीछे चलते चलते मेरे घर के दरवाजे तक आ गया, क्योकि बहार ठण्ड थी, बच्चा छोटा सा था, मैंने सोचा उसे घर के अंदर ले लेती हु, उसे घर के अन्दर बुलाया….. और लग रहा था कि वह भूखा है, एक कटोरी में थोडा सा गरम दूध पीने को दे दिया, वह इतना मन लगा कर दूध पी रहा था जैसे पता नहीं कब से भूखा था, उसे देख कर मेरे चेहरे पर मुस्कान आयी, दूध पीने के बाद मेरे पैरों से लिपट गया, पैरो को चाटने लगा, और उस दिन मैं खुल कर मुस्कुराई थी….. जाने कितने महीनो बाद, और उसी पल मुझे एहसास हुआ कि एक बिल्ली के बच्चे के लिए इतना सा करने से अगर मुझे खुशी मिल सकती है तो मेरे आसपास बहुत सारे जरूरतमंद लोग है, अगर मैं उनके लिए कुछ करुँगी तो मुझे कितनी खुशी मिल सकती है ।

अगले ही दिन मेरे बीमार परोसी के लिए मैंने कुछ खास खाना बनाया, उसे लेकर गयी, मुझे उससे बहुत खुशी प्राप्त हुई, उसके बाद आकर मैं अस्पताल में काम करने लगी……, रोजाना जितना हो पता है किसी न किसी मरीज के सेवा करती हु, और आज मै बहुत खुश हु ।

जीवन में यह महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है की आपको कितने ख़ुशी मिला है, महत्वपूर्ण यह है की आप दुसरो को कितनी ख़ुशी दे पा रहे है, क्योंकि दूसरों को ख़ुशी देकर जो ख़ुशी हमें मिलती है, उसका कोई पैमाना नहीं होता……, उसकी कोई मिशाल नहीं होती, खुश हो कर देखिए, खुश कर के देखिए, मुस्कुरा कर देखिये……….

अगर आप टीचर है तो मुस्कुराकर कक्षा में प्रवेश कीजिये, देखिये सारे बच्चे आप के सारे व्याख्यान के समय कितने खुश रहेंगे, अगर आप एक डॉक्टर है तो मरीज से मिलिये मुस्कुरा कर…. आधी बीमारी उसकी आप यु ही ठीक कर देंगे, अगर आप घर के मुखिया है…… तो घर में प्रवेश कीजिए मुस्कुराते हुए पुरे परिवार का माहौल खुशनुमा बना रहेगा, और अगर आप एक नियोक्ता / प्रबंधक है या एक प्रमुख है, अपने समूह से हमेशा मुस्कुरा कर मिलिये…… फिर देखिये आपके काम में कार्य दक्षता नजर आएगा, और आप आसपास का वातावरण बहुत सुन्दर नजर आएगा ।

मुस्कराहट वह चीज़ है जो आपके बोझ को हल्का कर देता है, और आपके दुश्मन के सर का बोझ बढ़ा देता है, तो मुस्कुराइए, क्योंकी मुस्कराना इंसान होने की पहचान है…….., कोई जानवर कभी नहीं मुस्कुरा सकता, तो मुस्कुराते रहिये और जीवन को आसान बनाते रहिये …….
