शहर से थोड़ी दूर घूमने टहलने निकले एक पिता और पुत्र की बात बताता हूँ, पिता और पुत्र दोनों घूम रहे थे, उन्होंने देखा एक खेत के बाहर किसान के उतरे हुए जूते रखे है, तो बेटा उन जूतों को देखने लगा, फिर पिता बेटे को देखने लगा, और कहा की कोई किसान होगा जो अंदर अपने खेत में काम कर रहा होगा, जो बाहर अपने जूते उतार कर गया है ।

बेटे को शरारत सूझी, उसने पिता से कहा…..., पिता जी थोड़े से मजे ले……, पिता जी ने उसके तरफ देखने लगा, और कहा कैसा मजा, क्या कहना चाहते हो तुम, तो बेटा कहता है की मैं मजदूर की उन जूतों को कही छुपा देता हु, जब वह बाहर आएगा जूते ढूंढेगा तो उसकी ब्याकुलता, उसकी तलब, देखने में बड़ा…. मजा आएगा, पिता को ये बात बड़ा अजीब लगा, दुःख सा हुआ उन्हें अपने बेटे का बात सुन कर, और धीरे से अपने बेटे से कहा, नहीं बेटा… ऐसा कभी मत करना, तुम्हारे नजर में उन चीजों की कोई कीमत नहीं है, एक गरीब और मजबूर ब्यक्ति के लिए वह आवश्यकता की वस्तु है, वह जूता उसके लिए बहुत कीमती भी हो सकता है ।

तुम मजा लेना चाहते हो तो चले मै तुम्हे एक नया तरकीब बताता हु, बेटे ने कहा कैसे……, पिताजी ने कहा कुछ सिक्के लेते है और ये इसके जूते में डाल देते है, फिर देखते है की हमारे इस काम का क्या प्रभाव उस मजदूर पर पड़ता है, बेटा ने कहा ठीक है जूतों में कुछ सिक्के डाल कर पिता और पुत्र दोनों झाड़ी के पीछे छुप गए, पिता ने कहा अब आएगा मजा अब देखना क्या होता है ।

कुछ देर बाद काम खत्म करके मजदूर जब खेत से बहार निकला, एक जूते में पैर डाला तो उसे अहसास हुआ की कुछ कठोर सा पड़ा हुआ है जूते में, जूता हाथ में लिया तो देखा….. ये क्या….. सिक्के, सिक्कों को देख कर उसके आँखों में जैसे चमक आ गया और इधर उधर निहारने लग गया की ये सिक्के किसने डाल दिए, कौन था मेरा मददगार, जो जूतो में सिक्के डाल गया, आसपास कोई नजर नहीं आया, दूसरे जूते को देखा तो उसमे भी सिक्के पड़े हुए थे, दोनों जूते का सिक्के हाथ में निकल लिए, और घुटनों के बल जमीन पर गिर पड़ा, और फूट फूट कर रोने लगा ऊपर वाले को धन्यवाद् देने लगा, और कहता है की ईश्वर शायद तुमने ही किसी को अपना दूत बना कर मेरा मदद के लिए भेज दिया होगा, जब मुझे इन पैसो की….. इन सिक्कों की जरूरत है, तब आपने मुझे यह दे दिया, ईश्वर मैं आपको कोटि कोटि धन्यवाद करता हु, आज इन सिक्कों के मदद से मेरी बीमार पत्नी को दवाई मिल पायेगी और मेरे बच्चे भूखे नहीं रहेंगे ।

किसान के आँखों में आंसू थे…….. और यह देख कर उस बच्चे के भी आँखों में आंसू था, और अब अपने पिता के गले लग कर वह भी रोने लगा, और उस दिन अपने पिता जी से कहा की आज मै आनंद का असली मतलब समझा हु, उसके पिता ने भी यही समझाया की असली आनंद किसी को परेशान करने में नहीं किसी को सुख देने में मिलता है ।

हम में से कई लोग मजाक को मनोरंजन का जरिया समझते है, कही न कही किसी भी रूप में किसी को चोट पहुंचाते है और बाद में उसे मजाक का नाम दे देते है । अगर आप को जिंदगी में मजा चाहिए, आनंद चाहिए तो किसी को आश्चर्यचकित करके देखिये कोई अप्रत्याशित ख़ुशी देकर देखिये, कोई ऐसी ख़ुशी जिसे कोई उम्मीद न की हो, भले वह छोटा सा हो, लेकिन आप का ध्यान, आप का आशय वह अच्छा होना चाहिए, किसी का अच्छा कर के देखिये……… आएगा असली मजा ………..
